At Ives Store, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. To ensure you receive items in perfect condition, we maintain rigorous quality control standards throughout our production and shipping processes.

NO RETURN

All sales are final. We do not accept returns under any circumstances. Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

ONE TIME EXCHANGE – SUBJECT TO APPROVAL

Exchange Request Timeline
Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your order. Please send your exchange request via Email or WhatsApp, along with your order number and the reason for the exchange.

Please Note:
Any exchange request received after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted or entertained.

  • Eligibility: We offer a single exchange per order on all products (excluding Clearance Sale items), subject to approval.
  • Condition Requirements: Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, with all tags intact.
  • Reverse Shipping Charges: Rs. 200 will be applied to the return shipment for each approved exchange.
  • Replacement Dispatch: Once your exchange is approved, the replacement item will be shipped within 7–8 working days.

DAMAGED ITEMS POLICY

In the rare event your item arrives damaged:

  1. Document the Damage: Record a full unboxing video showing the sealed package, the unpacking process, and the damaged product.
  2. Contact Us Within 48 Hours: Send the unboxing video to our customer service team via whats app or email within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window cannot be considered.
  3. Exchange Process: Upon verification, we will process an exchange for the damaged item within 7 business days at no additional cost.
  4. Refund Option: If the identical product is unavailable, you may request a refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. 

PROCESSING TIMELINE

  • All approved exchanges (including damaged-item exchanges) will be initiated within 7 days of claim approval.
  • Our team will keep you informed at every step to ensure complete transparency.
